Refund Exclusions.  Cancellation of any shared hosting account during the initial 15-day period is eligible to receive a full refund of all monies paid, excluding:

(1) any applicable setup fees;

(2) any hosting related addon features (i.e., SSL certificate), and/or

(3) any domain registration or domain transfer fees.

Domains registered through our services will be subject to a non-refundable domain registration or transfer fee.  If a free domain was offered with your hosting package, a refund will be issued less any applicable domain registration or renewal or transfer fee incurred during the current 12-month hosting period.  You will then receive receive domain management details with an option to arrange transfer of the domain name to your new provider.  

Accounts terminated by i-NetSolutions due to violation of our Acceptable Usage Policy do not qualify for the 15-day money back guarantee.  For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, your account will be terminated and you would not be entitled to receive a refund.
